崗位職責(zé)
1. Work closely with business departments to understand talent requirement and HC development.
2. Responsible for recruitment including searching and interviewing candidates, facilitating interviews for hiring managers, offering candidates.
3. Help line managers to maintain, set up or restructure organization and job structure.
4. Manage HR data and information, make data analysis and generate reports monthly or per request.
5. Support and counsel line managers with people management and labor relationship management.
任職要求
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. 2 years human resource working experience.
3. Solid experience in candidates searching and talent recruitment.
4. Have good command of communication and interpersonal skill.
5. Be open and proactive, hands-on, and good team spirit.
6. Fluent spoken English and PC skills.
