· Atelieris our all day dining with a theatre style kitchen and a small buffet lineonly, which means food will be continuously prepared a la minute and brought tothe guest. We need to ensure that we buy and produce the best product in orderto dominate the market with quality rather than quantity (Comp set keepsfocusing on who has the biggest/longest buffet line).
·Wehave Star Bar and Restaurant an outdoor restaurant featuring BBQed food in agarden setting. This outlet has not yet been officially opened yet.
·Privatekitchen very limited demand
·WesternBanquet with limited demand
·Liquaryour Bar serving bar snacks but eventually also afternoon tea as a second venue
Qualifications:
·5-6 years experience in multi-outlet kitchenswith a strong general operational knowledge and a minimum of 2 - 3 years in asenior Culinary leadership role
·Self-confident, extroverted, proactive, andable to prioritize and make effective decisions
·Exceptional communication skills, passionate,strategic and innovative
·Able to develop strong work relationshipswith both Guests and Colleagues alike
·Advanced knowledge of the principles andpractices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession
·Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or relateddiscipline an asset
·Computer literacy a must, with a strongknowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
