崗位職責(zé)
1.Build up incoming quality control plan(QCP), training inspector and offer technical support for incoming quality control;
負(fù)責(zé)編寫來(lái)料控制計(jì)劃,對(duì)IQC檢驗(yàn)員培訓(xùn),對(duì)物料的檢驗(yàn)提供技術(shù)支持;
2.Analysis and solve incoming material quality problems, push supplier to analyze, improve, and conduct follow up verification;
處理來(lái)料不合格問(wèn)題,對(duì)來(lái)料異常進(jìn)行判定、處理,跟進(jìn)分析及改善;
3.Conduct supplier performance evaluation, analysis, and improvement action plan, push the supplier to meet quality requirement;
負(fù)責(zé)管理供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量績(jī)效評(píng)估,對(duì)績(jī)效結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并制定改善措施,確保供應(yīng)商能夠達(dá)到要求;
4.Participate new supplier certification and evaluation, part approval process;
參與新供應(yīng)商的認(rèn)證、評(píng)估工作,參與供應(yīng)商初始樣品的確認(rèn)工作;
5.Lead regular review meeting for poor performance supplier, push supplier to conduct root caused analysis via 8D report, keep tracing and site verification;
定期召開供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量會(huì)議,并要求供應(yīng)商制定改善計(jì)劃,編寫8D報(bào)告,對(duì)改善措施的實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行跟蹤;
6.Regular process audit on suppliers’ site, build up corrective plan for unconformities, monitor 8D report process;
定期對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行過(guò)程審核,針對(duì)不符合項(xiàng)進(jìn)行改善,監(jiān)控8D報(bào)告的發(fā)起、追蹤及關(guān)閉;
7.Supplier coaching, to push the supplier enhance the process capability and system integrity, thus to ensure the commitment of quality requirements both in product and service;
對(duì)供應(yīng)商輔導(dǎo)提升,督促其提升體系穩(wěn)定性,過(guò)程質(zhì)量能力,進(jìn)而提升供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量保證能力及服務(wù)能力;
8.Confirmation with supplier regarding quality problems feedback from customer, lead root cause analysis, action plan and correction, claim from supplier for COPQ accordingly.
對(duì)客戶投訴的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析、改善、效果確認(rèn),并對(duì)由此引起的質(zhì)量不良成本進(jìn)行索賠。
任職要求
1.Bachelor degree and above, major in science and engineering;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,理科和工程類專業(yè);
2.Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001;
熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001體系基本要求;
3.Basic knowledge of TS16949, experienced in use of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/QC 7 tools etc.;
了解TS16949體系,熟練掌握APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/QC七大手法等質(zhì)量工具;
4.Computer skills with MS software;
熟練操作辦公軟件;
5.Good English skills both in spoken and written;
良好的英文說(shuō)寫能力;
6.Be honest and integrity; highly responsible; executive; team-work sprit;
