職位描述
1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement
確保產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和交付符合公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及客戶的要求
2. Prepare BMS testing system.
負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)電池管理系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)。
3. Lead and Develop Electronic Board Qualification
指導(dǎo)BMS產(chǎn)品的驗(yàn)證和應(yīng)用。
4. Prepare Electronic Product Specification
準(zhǔn)備電子產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)
5. Responsible to lead the Electronic Product Design Review
負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審
6. Responsible of cost estimation for new board development
負(fù)責(zé)新板開(kāi)發(fā)的成本估算
Other Duties:
1. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and action plan issuing
ECN（工程變更通知）實(shí)施行動(dòng)計(jì)劃發(fā)布
2. Responsible for Electronic Technical Support to other department
負(fù)責(zé)其他部門的電子技術(shù)支持
任職要求
1. Fluent English reading and writing, speaking ability is better.
有英文讀寫(xiě)能力，口語(yǔ)流利者優(yōu)先。
2. Bachelor degree or above on electronic engineering，2 years working experience.
工程學(xué)士學(xué)位以上學(xué)歷, 2年的工作經(jīng)歷。
3. Good understanding of BMS .
對(duì)電池管理系統(tǒng)有比較深刻的理解。
4. Good understanding of analog electronic: Signal measurement, sensor, communication (Smbus, CAN, RS485、SPI、IIC)
熟悉模擬電子信號(hào)測(cè)量、傳感器、通信（SMBus、CAN、RS485、SPI、IIC）
5. Ability on small BMS testing system design.
具備小電池BMS測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)能力。
6. Effective communication skill
良好的溝通能力
